How It Works
Buy & Try
Buy an eligible phone from a participating Samsung Experience Store between August 24 and September 20, 2020 and try for up to 90 days.
If you're happy with your purchase, there's nothing to do but enjoy your phone.
Not satisfied? No problem. Simply return your device to us for a refund.
Request Return
If you'd like to return your phone, simply click Initiate Return within 90 days of making your purchase and submit a return request. You just need to provide the following details:
- Purchase date
- Product purchased
- IMEI number
- Bank details or PayPal (for payment)
- Personal details
Return Approval
We will check your return request to make sure it meets the terms of the Buy & Try program. If it does, we will approve your return request within 2 working days and provide instructions on how to return your device.
Return Your Phone
Once you receive approval to return your device:
- Package and return your device, as per the instructions received in the approval email.
- Your device must be received within 30 days of your return request being approved.
- When your device has been received and tested, you will be notified via email.
Devices must be returned in good working condition, defined as:
- Undamaged with no chips or cracks
- With its original charging cable and block
- Passwords and personal data removed and BIOS unlocked

Receive Your Refund
So long as your device passes the technical inspection, you will receive a full refund* to your bank or PayPal account within 30 days of us receiving your device.
*devices that do not meet the conditions outlined above will not be refunded and will be returned to the claimant at no extra cost
