Terms & Conditions

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). Any information or instructions published about the Promotion at https://www.90daybuyandtry.com form part of the Terms and Conditions.

Purchase Period

  1. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (EST) on August 24, 2020 and shall close at 23:59 (EST) on September 20, 2020 (Purchase Period).


  1. This Promotion is open to individuals legally resident in the United States of America, over the age of 18 who hold a valid U.S. bank account (Participant). This Promotion is not open to businesses or sole traders.

  2. Claims may only be submitted directly by the end user Participant. Claims on behalf of the end user Participant are specifically excluded.

  3. This offer shall not apply to carrier devices. This offer shall apply to unlocked devices.


  1. Subject to the Participant's purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ or Z Flip as set out in the table below (Promotion Product) from any of four Samsung Experience flagship retail stores located at:
  • Americana, CA - The Americana At Brand, 250 Americana Way Space B.2 Glendale, CA 91210
  • Roosevelt Field, NY - Roosevelt Field Mall, 630 Old Country Road Space 2063B Garden City, NY 11530

    (Participating Retailer) during the Purchase Period, Participants may be eligible to return their Promotion Product to Opia Limited (Administrator) who are running this Promotion, in exchange for a full refund of their purchase price (Refund), subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (Promotion).

  1. Participants may only make one Claim per person and per Promotion Product with a maximum of six Promotion Products per household irrespective of the quantity of Promotion Products purchased.

  2. This Promotion will run in conjunction with all other statutory warranties or returns policies of the Samsung Experience stores, whether in-box, or otherwise, that are available to the Participant. The Participant is in no way obliged to return the device through the means set out in this Promotion during the initial fourteen (14) days after the Participant's purchase date.

How to Claim

  1. To take part in the Promotion, Participants must go to the website https://www.90daybuyandtry.com and follow the onscreen instructions to provide the required information including proof of purchase from the Participating Retailer.

  2. Participants who wish to return their purchased Promotion Product for a Refund must visit the website http://www.90daybuyandtry.com and click on the "Initiate Return" button and to complete the return request claim process within 90 days of their purchase (with the date of purchase being considered day 1) (Claim). The last day to submit a Claim is therefore December 18, 2020 (23:59 - EST) for Promotion Products purchased on September 20, 2020 (the end of the Purchase Period).

  3. Participants will be notified of approval or non-approval of their Claim within 2 working days. Participants whose Claims have been approved shall also receive instructions for the return of their Promotion Product along with a prepaid return label.

  4. Participants who provide incomplete or incorrect information when submitting their Claim shall be notified within 2 working days and provided with an opportunity to provide the missing information within 14 days in order to approve their Claim. Failure to provide the required information within this timeframe will result in the Claim being rejected.

  5. Participants must dispatch their Promotion Product using the return label mentioned above within 30 days of the Claim being approved. Promotion Products returned outside of this date shall be deemed ineligible for a Refund.

  6. Proof of dispatch shall not be considered proof of receipt.

  7. Participants must return their original Promotion Product purchased from the Participating Retailer and registered during the Claim process to the Administrator. The Promotion Product must be returned in Good Working Condition as defined below.

  8. Good Working Condition is defined as:

    a. Complete with all original accessories (power cord and brick);

    b. Undamaged;

    c. Not be permanently marked; and

    d. Any passwords and personal data removed, and BIOS unlocked.

  9. Where the Promotion Product received by the Administrator is not considered to be in Good Working Condition (as determined in its sole and absolute discretion), the Administrator reserves the right to refuse the Refund Claim and return the Promotion Product at no cost to the Participant. The Administrator shall notify the Participant of any such rejection within 10 days of receipt of the Promotion Product.

  10. Providing that the Participant has complied fully with the Promotion Terms, the Administrator shall pay the Participant the Refund amount via PayPal or bank transfer to their Participant's bank as nominated during the Claim process within 30 days of receipt of the Promotion Product.

  11. Claims where the Promotion Product has suffered a mechanical breakdown, catastrophic failure, endemic failure or other damage are not eligible to take part under this Promotion. In these instances, the Participant should seek to rely on the standard warranty process to obtain a refund.

  12. Refunds are non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-reimbursable and non-exchangeable. Only the legal owner of a Promotion Product is eligible to take part in the Promotion.

  13. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Promotion Terms upon Samsung's written consent with future effect.

  14. Participants will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as included in the Refund.

  15. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

  2. The information collected as described above shall be processed in accordance with the procedures outlined at https://www.samsung.com/us/account/privacy-policy/.
